I have experienced excellent services from iYogi in the past, and no doubt iYogi serves me in the best manner. Last time I had some issue with my laptop that was not functioning properly. So, I called iYogi for help, but there was a continuous disturbance in the line and I was not able to get what the techie was directing me exactly. It has been the first time I have experienced such an issue with the phone call. I am sure this wasn’t a problem from iYogi’s end but still I would like to bring it up through iYogi Complaints Form. I am sure this is going to positively help you guys to fix the issue, if any. iYogi Complaint Form is a great platform to stay connected with you guys.

The iyogi complaints form is a strong and important addition to the list of accomplishments that iYogi has achieved over the years. I would say that more than the company, it is the customers who stand to gain more from the complaints form. For, now there is a proper channel that will allow customers to take their complaints to the right person, which will mean more number of successful complaint resolutions. Also, with the introduction of the complaints form, there will be a special group of people who will look into customer issues fulltime and dedicated to resolve customer complaints. The complaints form will also ensure that the customer-company relationship gets stronger so that both the parties can benefit out of it. I am not the type to waste this opportunity provided by the iyogi complaint form, and will play a constructive role in helping iyogi improve its services in my own little way!

I haven’t got the opportunity to use the complaint form yet, but the comments posted here and my experience with iyogi tells me that it will work. And yes, as someone rightly pointed out, getting a technician on line is not so easy or convenient at times. Also, what is the harm in having an additional option to register a complaint?
